Who we are

Getcraftr is an independent software studio building Chrome extensions. Our contact email is info@webkraft-digital.de.

What data we collect

When you use Getcraftr extensions (such as SnapCRM), the following data may be processed:

• Email content — read locally in your browser to extract contact information. Never stored on our servers.
• Contact details — name, email, phone, company extracted from emails. Sent directly to your CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive). We never see or store this.
• API keys — stored in Chrome's encrypted local storage on your device only. Never transmitted to us.
• Usage count — stored locally in your browser to track your free tier usage. Never sent to us.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not store your emails
• We do not store your contacts
• We do not collect analytics or behavioral data
• We do not use cookies on our website
• We do not sell your data to third parties

Third-party services

Our extensions use the following third-party services:

• Anthropic Claude API — used for AI extraction of contact details from emails. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• HubSpot / Pipedrive — your CRM where contacts are saved. Subject to their respective privacy policies.
• Lemon Squeezy — used for payment processing. Subject to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy.

Payments

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

Your rights (GDPR)

As a resident of the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we store no personal data on our servers, there is nothing to request. For payment-related data, contact Lemon Squeezy directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
